Master of Conservation of Monuments and Sites (post initial master, English language)The Master of Conservation of Monuments and Sites (MCMS) is a 4 semester professional degree, spread over two academic years. The ManaMa leads to the degree of Master of Conservation of Monuments and Sites, obtained at the
Raymond Lemaire International Centre for Conservation. This is a post-initial master's education and research centre, offering an advanced international and interdisciplinary study programme in the conservation and restoration of historic monuments and sites.The first academic year is primarily devoted to theoretical courses and seminars and to project work. After the successful completion of the first year, students are admitted to the second year, which consists of an ad hoc study programme and the preparation of the Master's thesis, based on individual research work in the field of the conservation.
